How Effict Factory handles your data on effictfactory.com. Last updated August 2026.
Effict Factory is part of the Effict house, based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. For any privacy question, email info@effictfactory.com.
Contact form & Handy Harry chat. When you send a message we process your name, email address and anything you choose to add (company, phone, your question), only to answer and follow up on your request. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding.
Website analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
Necessary / functional. A small amount of local storage remembers your cookie choice. This is always active and needed for the site to work.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4). These are placed only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode: if you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
Change your mind. Click Decline in the banner, or clear this site's browser storage to see the banner again and make a new choice.
We never sell your data. It is processed on our behalf by our hosting provider (bHosted, the Netherlands) and, for analytics with your consent, Google (see the Google privacy policy).
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can object to processing. Email info@effictfactory.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
