Agentic Solutions / Full-Stack AI Engineer

At Effict Factory, we turn strategic blueprints into production-ready reality. As an Agentic Solutions / Full-Stack AI Engineer, you build autonomous agent systems that handle end-to-end tasks. You blend backend logic, modern AI frameworks, and API integrations into robust applications designed to collaborate seamlessly with human teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Agent Engineering: Build and deploy functional AI agents and agentic pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Copilot Studio.
  • System Integrations: Connect AI models to enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, communication platforms, and databases) via robust REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Human-in-the-Loop: Implement intuitive feedback interfaces and fallback logic for reliable human-agent collaboration.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Establish logging, traceability, and latency/cost monitoring across all LLM pipelines.

What you bring

  • Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, function calling, tool use, and vector databases.
  • Solid grasp of modern API design, authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT), and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
  • Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

Rapid Prototyping Developer (MVP Builder)

Speed and tangibility define Effict Factory. As a Rapid Prototyping Developer, you are our "v0 to v1" specialist. You take conceptual architectures from Effict Labs and transform them into functional Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) in days or weeks. Leveraging modern web stacks and AI accelerators, you build intuitive frontends and micro-applications that deliver immediate proof of value to users.

Key responsibilities

  • Fast-Track Development: Rapidly build web applications, dashboards, and interactive interfaces for AI and automation workflows.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Design clean, minimalist interfaces that simplify complex logic for the end user.
  • Iterative Deployment: Ship weekly updates and feature iterations driven by direct user testing and client feedback.
  • Tech Stack Selection: Combine modern frontend frameworks (Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS) with lightweight serverless backends and APIs.

What you bring

  • Proven track record as a frontend or full-stack developer with an emphasis on rapid product iteration.
  • Proficiency with modern web tooling (Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Vercel, or low-code hybrid setups).

Automation & Data Integration Specialist

No AI solution can succeed without clean, reliable data pipelines. As an Automation & Data Integration Specialist, you form the operational backbone of Effict Factory. You build data bridges connecting legacy platforms, modern cloud applications, and AI pipelines - ensuring information flows securely, accurately, and in real time.

Key responsibilities

  • Workflow Automation: Architect and maintain resilient automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Azure Logic Apps, Make, or Power Automate.
  • Data Pipelines for RAG: Build ingestion, chunking, cleaning, and vectorization pipelines to support custom knowledge bases.
  • API & Webhook Infrastructure: Build custom webhooks, middleware endpoints, and secure point-to-point integrations between disparate systems.
  • Error Handling & Resilience: Implement comprehensive failover logic, retry mechanisms, and alerting across all active pipelines.

What you bring

  • Extensive background in data integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, webhooks, and API standards (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
  • Hands-on expertise with integration platforms (n8n, Make, or enterprise iPaaS solutions) and relational/non-relational databases.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with a talent for isolating and resolving data synchronization issues quickly.
  • Rigorous focus on data integrity, API rate limits, and enterprise security standards.
